Biography
Domingos is experienced in individual and collective labour litigation, and acts in class actions and public civil actions. He represents companies in investigation proceedings and negotiations with Brazil’s Labour Prosecution Office, as well as audits and proceedings with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. Domingos assists with privatising companies, preparing and adjusting compensation and benefit plans, and staff reduction measures. He also supports clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring transactions.
