Biography
Diego Krischcautzky has been a partner of the firm since 2006. His practice is focused on business law, mainly on mergers and acquisitions.
He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, structuring and financing of private equity investments and counselling and structuring of local and international investments. He works regularly with companies and investment funds.
Prior to joining Marval he was an associate at Arthur Andersen - Norte Sabino Asesores Legales. He also completed a master’s in law and economics at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
He contributes regularly to local and international publications in his areas of expertise and is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar.
