Diego Peschiera specialises in banking, finance and capital markets law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate finance and project finance transactions. He has extensive experience leading local and cross border financing transactions for financial institutions, local and foreign corporate clients through the securities and banking markets. His experience includes syndicated loan transactions, debt issuances in the local and international market (senior and subordinated), international securitizations, structuring of medium-term and large project financings; acquisition offers, merger and spin-off processes of financial institutions and other M&A corporations; purchase of local and international credit portfolio, structured leasing transactions, syndicated contracting in Peru and abroad, complex financial leases, corporate, regulatory and diverse financial advisory.
