Diego Herrera provides legal counsel and representation to multinational and national corporations in the financial, telecommunications and industrial sectors. He has led teams in the most important M&A deals for national and foreign banks and corporations, while frequently advising clients in the development and structuring of loan syndications and securitisations. He leads the firm’s legal team advising the Panama Canal Authority on all legal issues derived from the Panama Canal Expansion Project. He has supported, pro bono, several NGOs, including ANCON and the Central America Leadership Initiative Foundation (CALI).
