Biography
Diego Fernández joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2003 and became partner of the information, technology and privacy practice group in 2018.
During 2014 he worked as visiting foreign counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP in their Chicago Office and was a member of the firm’s IT and privacy law group and the Latin American practice group.
He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2003. Diego went on to earn an LLM degree in IT and privacy law from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2013, completed with honours, where he participated as the international student’s ambassador and acting vice president of the Privacy and IT Law Society.
