Diego is a member of the mergers and acquisitions, private equity, infrastructure, venture capital, capital markets, and corporate and commercial practices at our firm. He specialises in domestic and transnational transactions in which he continually advises national clients involved in infrastructure and energy projects, consumer goods, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, as well as venture capital, among others.
