Biography
Educated at Universidad Iberoamericana (JD, 2008), Universidad Panamericana (specialisation in commercial law, 2009), Columbia University (MBA in economic and energy policy administration, 2012) and Fordham University (LLM, 2013). Foreign associate in the New York office of Sullivan and Cromwell, LLP (2013–2014). Admitted to practise law in Mexico and New York. Diego is a member of the mergers and acquisitions, private equity, infrastructure, venture capital, capital markets, and corporate and commercial practices at our firm. He specialises in domestic and transnational transactions in which he continually advises national clients involved in infrastructure and energy projects, consumer goods, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, as well as venture capital, among others.
