Biography
Diego, lawyer, mainly works in the corporate and banking department. He holds a master’s degree in corporate law from Universidad de Montevideo (1997).
His practice includes financing in the public and private sectors, public and private offers of securities, banking transactions in general and foreign trade transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions, project finance, investment structuring, start-ups, data privacy and anti-money laundering and terrorism financing, having participated as speaker at several seminars and conferences regarding corporate reorganisation as well as anti-money laundering terrorism financing.
Recognised among prestigious international legal publications such as Chambers and Partners, Latin Lawyer, Who´s Who Legal for his outstanding performance in banking and finance matters.
