Biography
Darkson Galvão is a partner in the areas of corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
He represents foreign and domestic clients and publicly held companies in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, sale of assets, joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving various segments of the economy.
He holds a degree in law from the University of São Paulo and he also holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Chicago Law School. He was an international associate at a major New York law firm between the years of 2010 and 2011.
