Danilo advises domestic and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions in Brazil and in other complex transactions, including corporate matters, partnerships and joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, antitrust, estate planning and commercial contracts. With a track record and extensive experience in various industries, including services, technology, energy, food and beverages, retail and heavy industry, Danilo has focused on intricate negotiations and assisted clients closely in doing business in Brazil. Danilo holds an LLB from the University of São Paulo and an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
