Biography
Daniela Rey is a partner of the tax department and concentrates her practice on international taxation. She has over 15 years of practical experience.
She assists Argentine and foreign business entities in cross-border transactions, investments of Argentine entities abroad as well as investments of foreign entities in Argentina, including all related reporting and compliance matters applicable to individuals and business entities. She regularly advises on complex corporate and financial structures.
Miss Rey received her law degree (tax law-oriented) from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires in 2005. She was awarded with a merit scholarship to attend graduate tax studies at the University of Texas at Austin, School of Law (USA). In 2009, she obtained a postgraduate degree as tax law specialist at the Austral University.
She is currently a regular speaker in tax conferences and seminars (both in Argentina and abroad) and she usually contributes articles to specialist publications.
