Biography
Daniel is an attorney with over 20 years of professional. As a member of the banking, finance and capital markets area, Daniel focuses his practice on advising Colombian companies or local, international and multilateral financial institutions on financing processes and debt and equity issuance transactions in national and international securities markets.
In addition, he is the director of the firm's practice group that advises entrepreneurs. He has advised new entrepreneurs from different economic sectors on legal issues and coordinates the attention of the other areas of the firm, in order to support them in the growth of their business.
