Daniel Levi is a partner at Beccar Varela. His practice areas include corporate law, banking law, M&A and commercial contracts. Daniel has extensive experience advising on local and cross-border financial transactions, including loan facilities, syndicated loans, securitisations and project financings, acting either on the financial institutions’ or on the borrowers’ side. He actively works in fintech and impact finance matters. He has also wide relevant practice in M&A, including private equity and venture capital investments, and in transaction involving the sale of distressed assets.
Daniel obtained his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires (2006) and a master’s in Finance from the Universidad del CEMA (2011, with distinction). He also studied Negotiation at Harvard Law School (USA, 2014) and private equity & venture capital at INSPER Institute (Brazil, 2016). He worked as foreign associate at Pinheiro Neto Advogados (Sao Paulo, Brazil, 2015–2016).
He participates in the Argentine–Brazilian Chamber of Commerce.
