Biography
Cristina Vásquez is partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz, leader of the infrastructure and public law practice. her professional practice focuses on infrastructure, projects and public law.
Cristina has more than 20 years of experience in public law, infrastructure area in road, highway, airport and railway modes, project structuring, public–private partnerships, concessions and financing, as well as accompaniment in bidding processes and contractual execution.
Cristina has been involved in important infrastructure projects in the country, among which are the award of Opain, structuring, awarding and financing of Pacifico 2 and Ruta al Mar, acquisition and financing of Pacifico 3.
Throughout her career, she has participated in different projects related to highways and transportation infrastructure projects, for the public and private sector, and has participated in bidding processes, financing of Third and Fourth Generation concession projects, as well as in the drafting and/or review of agreements and contracts.
