Biography
Cristina is a senior partner in the capital markets and banking & finance practices of the firm, with more than 20 years of experience in such practices. She built a track record in capital markets transactions that very few lawyers at seniority were able to achieve. Cristina combines a deep knowledge of capital markets regulations with a practical and deal-oriented approach which makes her one of the most notable practitioners in the capital markets practice in Brazil. Cristina has been recognised as a leading practitioner by specialist publications, including those based on market feedback only.
