Biography
Cristiano Leite has extensive experience in financial and capital markets, acted as adviser for transactions in various segments of the economy. Actively took part in the design and manufacture of financial structures and vehicles, whether debt, securitisation, and structured finance and transactions or mergers and acquisitions. He also worked on regulatory matters with financial institutions, investment funds and asset managers.
