Biography
Claudio assist clients with M&A and financing and general transactional work for mining companies and projects. He negotiates and designs corporate structures, permitting, administrative licences and negotiating with local communities to allow operation of mining projects.
He has extensive experience negotiating and structuring mergers & acquisitions, financing, due diligence for companies and mining projects, option contracts, joint ventures, streaming and shareholders agreements. He provides general corporate advice.
Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2005). LLM from Harvard University (2012). Memberships: Lima Bar Association, Civil ADV Publishers Association – Advocatus Magazine, Harvard Club of Peru. Languages: Spanish and English.
