Biography
Ms Miró Quesada, with more than 15 years of experience, is a partner at Hernandez & Cia in the dispute resolution area and specialises in international arbitration in Latin America.
She graduated with honours (cum laude) from the University of Lima Law School (2007). In 2011, she received an LLM degree from the University of Houston Law Center, USA with a certificate in energy, environment and natural resources law.
She has participated in high-profile national and international arbitrations, advising sovereign states and private investors in disputes arising from investment contracts and treaties before ICSID, and commercial disputes before the ICC and CIAC, among others.
She is a member of the Lima Bar Association, New York State Bar and has been included in the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru International Arbitrators List since 2019.
Ms Miró Quesada regularly works on pro bono matters and is the coordinator and chair of the firm's Pro bono Committee.
Ms Miró Quesada has been appointed by Peru’s National Committee as a Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
