She has more than 23 years of experience in dispute resolution before civil and administrative courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration tribunals, with proven track record of success representing local and foreign clients.
She is a domestic arbitrator of the Centres of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota and of Bucaramanga; a domestic and international arbitrator of the Centres of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Medellin and the Chamber of Commerce of Cali, and an international arbitrator of AMCHAM Peru.
She is a member of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje and has acted as an expert in Colombian law before the courts of the United States.
She is a lawyer of Universidad de la Sabana and specialised in liability and damages at Universidad Externado de Colombia.
