Biography
Carmen specialises in tax, customs and international trade, with a special emphasis on investment. She provides legal advice to various industries including the food and beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, technology and consumer sectors. She has significant experience advising on the use of tax incentives for public–private partnerships and new investments in Ecuador. She also has extensive experience in tax and customs litigation.
Carmen is regularly invited to be a panellist and speaker at various forums on tax law and investments.
