Biography
Partner of the projects and infrastructure team. His professional practice focuses on infrastructure, public-private partnerships and information technology projects. He has been involved in many major infrastructure projects in the country over the past decade and has advised local and foreign clients in the structuring and financing of projects in transportation, telecommunications, hydrocarbons, energy and utilities. He has recently been involved in the structuring and financing of several of the most important road concession projects including Pacifico 3, Alto Magdalena, Costera, Navelena and Ruta al Mar.
Education: Lawyer, Universidad de Los Andes (2004), master's in international business management, La Trobe University (2008)
Languages: Spanish and English.
