Carlos is a recognised leader in Latin American competition/antitrust law because of his expertise and strong bonds with the authorities, judges, lawyers, economists and experts in the region. Among his exclusive tools, Mr Orcí has developed a high-end technology system to address companies ‘competition/antitrust needs. Carlos has advised companies in Mexico in landmark competition/antitrust matters on behalf of national and international clients regarding merger control procedures; as well as in defending companies facing cartel and abuse of dominance investigations.
