Former professor of corporate law at the Faculdade da Cidade (Univercidade); former member of the board of the Rio de Janeiro State Company Registry (Jucerja); former foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, NY, USA; chairman in Brazil of the International Chapter of the NY State Bar Association (NYSBA); state counsel of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Chapter; Chairman of the Executive Committee of Siqueira Castro – Advogados.
