Partner at the firm’s financial practice area. He specialises in project finance, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate advisory having participated in a wide range of areas with special emphasis on retail, energy, mining and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Rubio Leguía Normand, Carlos worked for New York-based law firms such as Sidley Austin, DLA Piper and Clifford Chance.
Finally, Carlos is a professor of the courses of securities market and structures of a corporate agreement for an LLM, both for University of Lima and for ESAN University (School of Law). Carlos has authored several articles published in specialist journals at a local and international level.
