Biography
Carlos Vilhena advises companies, banks, investors and other mining industry players on legal and government relation matters in the mining sector. Vilhena holds an LLM in natural resources law from the University of Dundee - Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), in Scotland, and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Brasília (UnB). He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
