Biography
With over 13 years’ experience in tax law. He has worked in the tax law team at the Garrigues Madrid office, where he was a member of the International Service Line and former part of the teams advising the firm’s main energy and telecommunications clients, among others.
He has acted as tax adviser to various companies in mergers and acquisitions and in the field of tax litigation.
Admitted to practise in both Colombia and in Spain. He has taught as a professor and participated in conferences in different forums and universities.
