Biography
Camila Ohno has a track record in capital markets transactions that very few lawyers at such a young age were able to achieve. With almost 10 years of experience in the capital markets practice, Camila combines a deep knowledge of capital markets regulations with a practical and deal-oriented approach, which made her one of the rising stars in Pinheiro Guimarães' traditional and awarded capital markets practice. Camila's involvement in a long list of cross-border transactions also ensured that she would build an ability to handle international clients which, combined with her impressive communication skills, makes a difference when intricated Brazilian legal issues require risk assessments and detailed explanation education to international players. Camila has an LLM from Sorbonne Assas International Law School.
