Biography
Camila Goldberg is a partner in BMA’s corporate and capital markets practice areas. She has extensive experience acting for national and international companies, including financial institutions, in public and private offerings and other equity transactions, as well as in structured financing, debt restructuring and project finance transactions. Camila also acts in M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border M&A experience and has solid experience in “crisis management” situations.
Camila was a member of BMA's Executive Committee from 2012 to 2019 and is now a co-manager of the firm, being responsible for BMA’s Marketing and BD activities in addition to her law practice.
Camila was selected as a prize winner in the Client Choice Awards 2016, an award that recognises excellence in client care and quality of service. In 2021 and 2022, she was one of the few women lawyers in Brazil recognised in IFLR1000 Women Leaders.
