Camila Chouzal is a lawyer in BMA’s corporate and private wealth practices. She has broad experience in transactional work, including cross-border M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts, and advises on corporate law issues in general. In addition to her corporate law practice, she has specialised in assisting wealthy families and individuals in asset reorganisation, transfer of domicile and estate planning matters.
She advises clients from various jurisdictions doing business in a variety of industries, especially the mining, infrastructure, financial and family office sectors. She has been invited to speak on private wealth matters by family offices, banks and advisers. Camila has lectured on corporate law cases at Pontifícia Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. She has also published articles on different areas of private law.
