Caio Ferreira Silva joined the firm’s structured finance and funds practice in 2001 and has wide-ranging experience in local and cross-border investment funds and structured transactions, project financings, securitisations and private investments in regulated sectors, including concessions, PPPs and privatisations, providing legal and regulatory advisory in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of a plethora of sophisticated and innovative projects and financing transactions through all their stages. Caio’s broad and deep expertise provide him with a knowledge of a vast array of asset classes and industries and insight into creative solutions, market terms and global developments and trends. Having graduated (LLB) from the University of São Paulo, and holds a major in business and tax administration law and a master’s degree in international law from the same university, and an LLM degree from Harvard Law School. He worked as an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, in NY (2011–2012).
