Caio Ferreira Silva is a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, where he has worked since 2001. His practice primarily focuses on banking and finance and encompasses project finance, structured/corporate finance, investment funds, privatisations, PPPs, capital markets, international investments, M&A and corporate law. He graduated (LLB) from the University of São Paulo (2003), with a major in business and tax administration law. He also holds a master’s degree in international law from the University of São Paulo (2007) and an LLM from Harvard Law School (2011). He worked as an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, in New York (2011–2012). He was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association in 2004.
