Biography
Bruno has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions, with a focus on representing local and foreign clients in high complexity cross-border transactions involving Brazilian assets. Bruno has also represented clients in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), corporate restructurings and other corporate matters.
Bruno was an international associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2013 to 2014.
