Biography
Bernardo Bulhões is a partner of the M&A and private equity practices of Pinheiro Guimarães, representing clients in negotiations, structuring of complex acquisitions and sales of companies, private and publicly acquisition of equities, and corporate restructuring. Bernardo Bulhões also dedicates a significant portion of his time to the practice of corporate litigation, which strongly synergises with his M&A and corporate governance practices. Bernardo Bernardo has a degree in applied mathematics, concluded postgraduate studies in tax, attended negotiation programmes at Harvard Law School, and completed four years of undergraduate classes in accounting.
