Ms Cancino specialises in intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory and administrative litigation. Advises clients from all kinds of industries on the protection and enforcement of their IP rights in Mexico, including the transfer of IP portfolios within the context of complex corporate transactions involving all IP rights (such as trademarks, copyrights and appellations of origin).
