Bárbara Ramperti specialises in commercial and corporate law. She has advised clients in several M&A transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations and acquisitions of new business lines. She has more than 14 years’ experience, has been a member of the firm since 1997 and has been promoted to partner.
She advises national and international clients in the negotiation process of agreements for the acquisition of shares and assets within different industries.
Her professional practice is focused on providing advice to local companies and their foreign shareholders in corporate matters and contractual issues.
She has taken part in local and international congresses in her area of expertise.
She graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1998 and is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar.
