Biography
Born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, México. Educated at Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) (JD, 2001) and Northwestern University, School of Law (LLM, 2006). He is a partner at the Monterrey Office. His practice focuses on real estate. Mr Treviño-Mohamed regularly advises multinational and domestic real estate developers and investors (including international real estate funds, Mexican CKDs and FIBRAS), among others, in the Mexican legal and regulatory aspects of direct or structured investments in, or strategic acquisitions of, real estate in the industrial, retail, commercial, tourism, residential and urban sectors.
