A partner in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions practice of Dias Carneiro Advogados, Artur Fernandes Andrezo’s work is highlighted by specialist legal directories, such as Latin Lawyer 250 and The Legal 500. His practice has achieved the designation “Highly Recommended” in the 2020 ranking of the best law firms in Brazil, published by the Leaders League group.
Artur advises national and international clients of different segments of the economy in the most diverse corporate transactions. He has extensive experience in dealing with general corporate affairs, cross-border operations, private equity investments and, in conjunction with the real estate practice, corporate transactions involving real estate projects.
