Arthur is a specialist in securities litigation and merger and acquisitions (M&A) disputes. He focuses his practice on court litigation, arbitration and pre-litigation negotiations involving corporate law, corporate governance, and M&A contracts. Before concentrating primarily in litigation and arbitration, Arthur worked for nearly 10 years structuring and negotiating corporate transactions, M&A deals and commercial contracts. He has worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris and at Boies Schiller Flexner in New York. He is one of the founders and a former president of the Columbia International Arbitration Association in New York.
