Biography
Antonio has 20 years of experience in tax law and tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, design and implementation of transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, corporate structures, and local and international fiscal planning.
Antonio holds a master’s in international law applied to business from Stetson University College of Law (Tampa, Florida, USA) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in public accounting from University of Costa Rica.
During his master’s studies in the United States he was a member of the Tampa Bay Area Committee on Foreign Relations. He is currently a member of the Costa Rican Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Costa Rican Bar Association.
