Antonio has experience in all kinds of financial transactions including corporate issuances of securities (bonds, short-term instruments, negotiable certificate of deposit), syndicated loans, medium-term loans, finance leases, asset-backed securitisation, etc. Antonio has participated in various operations setting up, implementing and placing investment and mutual funds. He has also been very active in acquisitions for investment funds involving companies listed on the stock exchange, takeover bids, corporate reorganisations and spin-offs, among others.
