Antonio has experience in legal consulting and environmental litigation. He advises M&A transactions, audits, project structuring, environmental licensing processes, consultations and opinions in general. He also specialises in the practice of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), being a pioneer in the Brazilian legal market. Antonio also works with judicial and administrative litigation and the consensual resolution of conflicts, including the negotiation of terms of adjustment of conduct (TACs), representing national and international clients from various sectors, especially the energy, oil and gas, mining and steel, chemical, transportation, telecommunications, real estate, sanitation and waste management, agribusiness, pulp and paper, and forest exploitation industries. He is also an officer of the Environment, Health and Safety Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
