Biography
Tax lawyer, Antenori has extensive experience with Brazilian and international tax law, working with tax consultancy, administrative tax litigation and tax structuring of relevant M&A deals involving companies in Brazil and abroad. Due to the excellence of our firm in the TMT area, Antenori has also specialised in the taxation applied on TMT businesses in Brazil. Tax Partner of Mundie since 2011, Antenori is also a member of the Consulting Board of Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro (ABDF), which represents the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in Brazil. He graduated in law from Mackenzie University in São Paulo and obtained a master’s degree at Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). He is currently based in São Paulo, Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese and English, and has Spanish capabilities.
