Biography
Partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and head of the life sciences & healthcare practice, where she advises companies in the human and animal health sector regulated by the Ministry of Health, ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency) and Ministry of Agriculture, and in biodiversity and biotechnology matters. She obtained an LLB degree and LLB specialist in sanitary law from the University of São Paulo and an LLM degree from Georgetown University. Member of the Sanitary Law Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association, adviser to the Brazilian Association of Pharmaceutical Medicine (SBMF) and rapporteur for the Research Ethics Committee of the Universidade Federal de São Paulo. She is fluent in Portuguese and English and also worked as a foreign associate in a major US law firm.
