Andrés has led international and local equity and debt issues, as well as cross-border financing for over US$6 billion during the past two years (including Reg S/144 A international bonds representing banks and blue-chip companies). In M&A, he has led iconic and successful deals in the energy, mining and natural resources sectors for over US$7 billion during the past two years (including the acquisition of the Chaglla Hydroelectric Power Plant for US$2.5 billion and Luz del Sur for US$3.6 billion).
