Education: University of Chile School of Law, Santiago (LLB, 2008). Admitted to the Bar 2008, Chile. Languages: Spanish and English. Practice areas: mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, closely held and family businesses, and foreign investment. She practises in mergers and acquisitions, in the family business area, and covers the following industries: services; casinos; oil; agro-industrial; hotel; paper and forestry; investment funds and family offices. Andrea has participated in numerous and important transactions, advising international clients during the whole acquisition process, development and financing process.
