Biography
Andréa has solid experience in the real estate area, actively participating in operations involving direct or indirect property acquisitions. She has provided support in contractual negotiations and analysis regarding leases, development of subdivisions, incorporations, leases and rural partnerships. Also, she has a thorough knowledge of estate and inheritance reorganisation, and has extensive experience assisting clients with settlements, family matters (such as prenuptial agreements and divorces) and succession matters (drawing up wills and inventories).
Academically, she graduated in law from Universidade Mackenzie in 2000 and has a specialisation in civil procedural law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
She speaks Portuguese and is fluent in English.
