Biography
Ana Carolina Cassins Galdino is a partner of the M&A and private equity practices of the firm with more than 15 years of experience, having assisted local and international large corporations and private equities in transactions involving several industries, including in the banking sector. Ana Carolina is known for a responsive and comprehensive approach to clients and for playing an important role in overly complex deals where her experience leads her to overcome issues and achieve a successful deal. She also advises different clients, including financial institutions in discussions involving corporate matters and banking regulatory matters.
Education: Colégio Integral, Campinas (BA); Catholic University Law School, São Paulo (LLB, 2007); Institute of Education and Research – Insper, São Paulo (postgraduate studies in corporate law, 2011). Member: Brazilian Bar Association.
