Biography
Álvaro Tarabal, partner, is one of the most experienced transactional lawyers in Uruguay and has extensive expertise in banking, corporate and litigation. His vast practice includes financing in the public and private sectors, public and private bond offerings, general banking transactions and international commerce, mergers and acquisitions, project financing and investment structuring, being a specialist in commercial, corporate, banking and stock markets. He was a member of the Lex Mundi board of directors from September 2005 to September 2009 and a member of the executive committee since September 2006.
