Biography
With 35 years of experience in the financial services and fintech, insurance and insurtech, and aviation sectors, he specialises in banking, arbitration, foreign investment, and mergers and acquisitions.
Founding partner of Consortium Legal – Guatemala. Past chairman of the board of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Industrial Chamber of Guatemala (to date 2011–2021); member for Guatemala of the ICC – Court of International Arbitration (2006–2018); and as Dean of the Law School of Rafael Landívar University (2002–2006).
