Alfonso Montoya specialises in providing commercial and corporate advisory to companies. He counsels on corporate and financial issues, focusing on extractive companies and on designing contractual structures for the development of exploration and exploitation activities.
Alfonso has been professor of the corporate law course at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru since 1999, as well as the University of the Pacific and was a member of the commission reforming the current General Corporations law.
