Biography
Alfonso Montoya specialises in providing commercial and corporate advisory to companies. He counsels on corporate and financial issues, focusing on extractive companies and on designing contractual structures for the development of exploration and exploitation activities.
He teaches corporate law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú since 1999, as well as University of Pacific and was a member of the commission reforming the current General Corporations law.
Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School (1997); LLM from Yale Law School (2002). Memberships: Callao Bar Association, Civil Association Ius et Veritas. Languages: Spanish and English.
