Biography
Alexandre has extensive experience in Brazilian taxation and its influence in corporate matters and M&A. He stands out for his vast knowledge in international taxation and transfer pricing applied to complex domestic tax issues.
He graduated in law from the University of São Paulo (USP), 1992; LLM in international taxation from Universiteit Leiden, Netherlands, 2002; specialised in finance and international business from New York University, 1998; and specialised in international business management at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), 2001. He is currently Chairman of the AMCHAM São Paulo taxation committee, and teacher of international tax and transfer pricing at FIPECAFI, FGV and the Brazilian Tax Law Institute (IBDT).
