Biography
Alexandre Gossn Barreto is a partner in the areas of banking and finance, capital markets, project finance, insolvency and restructuring, investment funds, technology and intellectual property and venture capital at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados. He represents banks and other financial institutions, investment funds and private equity funds, multinational companies, publicly held companies and other investors in a variety of transactions, such as issuance of corporate debts and share offerings, securitisation and performance of structured financial transactions, involving various segments of the economy.
He holds a degree in law from the University of São Paulo and a master’s degree in bank law and other financial services (LLM) from Boston University Law School.
